Aliph has released a new type of Bluetooth headset called the Aliph Jawbone Prime. Aliph’s Jawbone Bluetooth headset technology is regarded as one of the best due to its noise reduction technology called “NoiseAssassin”. This noise reduction technology was developed by Aliph for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) for processing incoming and outgoing sound to minimize backdrop clatter in military environments.

In May 2009, Aliph released the Jawbone Prime Bluetooth headset. This new Jawbone Bluetooth headset uses a new and improved NoiseAssassin technology, the NoiseAssassin 2.0. The Jawbone Prime is a very stylish headset with an improved secure fit. Due to the new NoiseAssassin 2.0 noise reduction technology, the Jawbone Prime has better noise-cancellation and wind noise usage over the older models, resulting to much better audio quality.
