We Review The Range Of Downloadable PSP Go Games

Sony are busy building up a multitude of downloadable PSP Go games to use on their new console. Since the PSP Go no longer holds a UMD drive, all titles are downloaded via the Playstation Store. The advantage is that PSP Go now gains access to a wide base of titles from many different Sony systems.

Many PS One classics are up as downloadable PSP Go games. These offerings are bound to instill nostalgia to veteranplayers as they revisit the classics of yesteryear! These titles are also enjoyable by current standards, and many new users will surely enjoy such great favourites as Crash Bandicoot, Ehrgeiz and the Soul Reaver series.

Such is the power and programming of the PSP Go that it can access a number of Playstation 3 titles. These aren’t full blown Playstation 3 games, but instead slimmer, more compact offerings. They do offer fantastic visuals and playability though, and are therefore ideal downloadable PSP Go games. Some examples are Final Final LocoRoco and Joust.

The PSP Go is capable of playing PC ported titles, increasing your choices even farther. The number of these games is at present short, but Sony promise that the range will be extended to include even more downloadable PSP Go games. The most famous titles from the PC arena available for the PSP Go are the Bonk franchise – which are as fun as the name suggests!

Many were unsure of the download basis of the PSP Go, but with agreat deal of amazing games already on offer, the handheld is growing in renown. The range of downloadable PSP Go games just keeps increasing, so go see what all the fuss is over!
